
Chef Peter Hoban has been a working professional chef for twenty years in the metropolitan Boston area.
He is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University but began his interest in the culinary arts very early in life through extensive travel abroad. Chef Hoban spent much of his childhood in Europe and later lived in Turkey where he developed an appreciation for the foods and culture of Asia Minor.
Chef Hoban has a diverse background in both classical and contemporary cuisine. His professional resume includes the Algonquin Club, Anthony's Pier Four, Max Stein's American Steak House, the Hyatt Harborside Hotel, the Hilton Hotel in Dedham, the Bay Tower Room, the Westin Hotel Copley Place, and Cafe Mediterraneo, among others.
