
During the consultation, Chef Hoban will provide an extensive list of menu items from which to select, or alternate menus can be requested by the client. Upon agreement of the menu selections and the service requirements, a cooking date will be be scheduled.
Pricing includes both a fixed price for food preparation services as well as a separate charge for food cost. An estimated food cost will be included in the price quotation that will be provided to the client during the initial consultation. At the cook date, the actual food costs will be detailed to the client and any refund due will be applied to the next cooking session at the time of order. For follow-on orders, arrangments may be completed by phone and each price quotation will be sent by email for client confirmation and scheduling. Payment in full is required prior to the scheduled cooking date, and may be made by cash or personal check.
A sample pricing for fresh meal service is provided here as a guideline, but specific food costs may be adjusted for current market conditions. Each meal service includes 1 entree and 1 side dish. Appetizers and soups items are priced separately, please contact the Chef for details.

4 meals for family of 2 (8 meals): $210 + cost of food
